Bridging the Gap
"And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the
gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none."
Ezekiel 22:30
"And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no
intercessor."
Isaiah 59:16

Prayer is the most important business of the church.
The kingdom of God advances on its knees. Bible Study is the church Organized.
Worship is the church Harmonized. Visitation / Ministry is the church Mobilized.
But through prayer the church is ENERGIZED! Intercessory Prayer is
unique. An Intercessor is one who stands in the place of another,
representing them before God. An Intercessor literally "bridges the gap"
between man and God. Through intercessory prayer, divine resources are focused
directly on specific needs. The results are truly supernatural.
The "bridging the gap" Intercessory Prayer Ministry consists of 168 prayer
warriors who each pray for one hour a week. The vision is to have an ongoing
ministry of prayer asking God's blessings on our church and praying for specific
requests. No experience is necessary other than a personal experience of salvation
through the blood of Jesus Christ. If you are a Christian you have The Minister of
Intercession living inside of you!
"Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmative; for we know not what we should
pray for as we ought; but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings
which cannot be uttered.
And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the
mind of the spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of
God."
Psalm 8:26 - 27
A twenty-four hour prayer line has been established. Prayer warriors have access to retrieve
these recorded requests and add new requests.
